Terms of service.

At Art with Amy Louise we aim to accomodate any changes that need to be made to bookings by our clients. We understand that things happen which are out of our control and will result in the need to change or cancel a booking. We will do as much as we can to accomodate these changes, but please note that late notice or persistant cancellations may result in being charged in full, without the possibilty of exchange. Please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can to change or cancel your booking.

Please see below for the full terms of service for each type of booking: (Services are in alphabetical order)

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Abstract Follow-Along Workshop booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

      *Formally Abstract Art Awakening

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Bauble, Ink & Flow booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • Craft up to 5 baubles per person per 2 hour session.

    *Full price payment only

    • If you need to cancel or change a Bespoke Event booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your session if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • If you cancel in good time and wish to recieve a refund, any materials already purchsed for the event will be deducted from the refund price.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Bohemian Macrame booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Botanical Candles booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • Candles require 24 hours to dry, therefore collection is required post-session. Collect at agreed time.

    • Craft up to 2 candles per person per 2 hour session.

  • 1. Booking and Session Cancellation Policy

    • Booking Sessions: All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are subject to availability and we encourage early bookings to secure your desired time slot.

    • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk or via WhatsApp. Cancellations or changes can be made without penalty if notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

    • Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to a reschedule or refund for that session.

    • No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel and not attending a session will result in the session being forfeited. You must book in advance to attend any session.

    2. Mentorship Program

    • Minimum Commitment: Joining the Creative Collective Mentorship requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. This commitment ensures a stable and supportive environment for all members.

    • Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes to your membership plan (either upgrades or downgrades) are considered on a case-by-case basis. Members are allowed no more than one change within a six-month period. All requests for changes must be submitted with at least 4 weeks' notice to take effect.

    • Cancellation of Mentorship: After fulfilling the 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your participation in the Mentorship program by providing a 4-week notice. Cancellations must be communicated via email to hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk.

    3. Rollover Sessions

    • Rollover Policy: Unused sessions can be carried over for up to one year from the date they were accrued. This allows you greater flexibility in managing your creative time.

    • Use During Notice Period: If you decide to leave the program, any accrued sessions must be used within the 4-week notice period of cancellation; otherwise, they will be forfeited upon membership termination.

    • Exclusion During Pause: Rollover sessions cannot be used during any month where your membership is paused. The sessions will remain in your account and can be used once your membership is active again.

    4. Membership Pause

    • Pause Feature: Members are entitled to pause their membership for one month every year. This feature is ideal for holidays or particularly busy months.

    • Notification Requirement: A pause request must be notified at least 4 weeks in advance and is subject to approval based on studio policies.

    5. General Terms

    • Changes to Terms and Conditions: Art with Amy Louise reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

    6. Materials Availability

    • Availability: All materials are subject to availability and may be substituted by Art with Amy Louise with comparable items as necessary due to supplier limitations or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Tier One Materials:

      • Included Materials: Tier One membership includes all materials offered in Tier Two plus additional premium materials: A1 display cartridge paper, an 11" square sketchbook (provided every 3 months), two stretched canvases up to A1 size (provided every 3 months), and a 1.5m x 1.5m primed canvas roll (provided every 3 months).

      • Canvas Sizes: Canvases provided are in common square or rectangular sizes. Any other shapes or irregular sizes must be sourced and purchased separately by the member.

      • Mindful Use: We ask members to be considerate in their use of provided materials, recognising that these resources are shared among the creative community.

      • Terms and Conditions: Tier One materials are provided based on the stipulated frequency and are subject to the same terms as Tier Two regarding additional purchases.

    • Tier Two Materials:

      • Included Materials: As part of your membership, the following materials are provided: A3 cartridge paper, A3 watercolour paper, A4 Yupo paper, acrylic paint supplies, alcohol ink supplies, watercolour supplies, collage supplies and a 10cm x 1.5m primed canvas roll (provided every 3 months).

      • Mindful Use: We ask members to be considerate in their use of provided materials, recognising that these resources are shared among the creative community.

      • Terms and Conditions: Additional materials may be purchased at the studio. Prices and availability of extra materials are subject to change based on supplier rates and studio policies.

    7. Materials Usage Policy

    • Guidance on Material Use: We provide a carefully selected range of materials to each member based on their membership tier. 

    • Mindful Usage: While we do not set strict limits on the quantity of materials used, we ask members to be mindful of their consumption to ensure that the use aligns with the spirit of their membership tier. This helps us maintain the quality and variety of materials available to you and other members.

    • Monitoring and Feedback: We regularly review material usage patterns to ensure that all members receive equitable access to studio resources. If we observe that the usage significantly exceeds the typical range expected for your tier, we will reach out to discuss your specific needs and how we can best support your artistic pursuits within the framework of our studio offerings.

    • Collaborative Adjustments: Should your material usage consistently exceed the intended value of your tier, we will initiate a friendly conversation to explore possible adjustments. This may include suggestions for modifying usage or considering an upgrade to a tier that more appropriately matches your material needs.

    8. Session Availability

    • Semi-Guided Sessions:

      • Frequency: Semi-guided sessions are offered two to three Friday evenings and two to three Saturdays per month. These sessions provide a blend of guidance and independent work, allowing you to explore your creativity with on demand support.

      • Member Ratio: The number of available semi-guided sessions is calculated based on membership numbers and may increase or decrease as the number of members changes. This ensures that all members have ample opportunity to participate.

    • Unguided Sessions:

      • Tranquil Corner: The option of un-guided sessions are available in the Tranquil Corner during other scheduled workshops. These sessions offer a quiet space for members to work independently without guidance.

      • Availability: Because these un-guided sessions coincide with other studio activities, their availability is subject to change based on workshop bookings. Members should view these sessions as a bonus and not rely on them as a guaranteed part of the membership.

      • Cancellation: Art with Amy Louise reserves the right to cancel Tranquil Corner sessions with 24 hours' notice if the coinciding workshop or course has no bookings.

      • Monthly Schedule: The schedule for Tranquil Corner sessions changes monthly, depending on the workshops, courses, and other activities planned at the studio. Members are encouraged to check the studio's monthly schedule for available times.

    General Session Policy:

    • Booking: All sessions, whether semi-guided or unguided, must be booked in advance. Booking ensures that each member has equal access to the studio resources and maintains a balanced environment for all.

    • Changes to Schedule: Art with Amy Louise reserves the right to adjust the session schedule, including the frequency and timing of semi-guided and unguided sessions, based on operational needs or member feedback. Members will be notified of significant changes as early as possible.

    • Bookings should be made with at least 24-hours notice.

    • You may cancel your membership at anytime, but you will not be entitled to any refunds.

    • Any missed sessions cannot be rolled over.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Creative Grimoire booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Creative Journal booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Creative Kids booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you are unable to attend a session time, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • The 3-month Membership is non-refundable and is unable to be cancelled.

    • Any missed sessions cannot be rolled over to the month ahead.

    • Automatic Enrolment: If you wish for your child to continue with their current membership into the upcoming term, no action is needed. Your child's spot will be automatically secured.

    • Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child to continue into the upcoming term, please notify us by sending an email, giving at least 3 weeks notice before the end of term.

    • Only available to those in the Creative Collective Mentorship or on a current Art with Amy Louise Course.

    • These sessions are semi guided, please read boundary document before attending.

    • Please refer to Creative Collective terms of service

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Creative Teens booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Crystal Resin Coasters booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • Resin requires 24 hours to dry, therefore collection is required post-session. Collect at agreed time.

    • Resin usage = 240 ml total per person per 2 hour session. (Around 4 coasters depending on size)

      *Full price payment only

    • T&C’s for January deal -(Join a Marble Flow Workshop in January, then continue your inky journey by joining the Fantasy Flow course in February and receive the price of Marble Flow deducted from the full-price course.) Email or message me to recieve the price deduction code once your Marble Flow workshop is booked. This discount is only available on the full-price Fantasy Flow course and is not redeemable with the waitlist price of Fantasy Flow.

    • If you can no longer make a session during the course, please let Amy know as soon as you can. You will not be entitled to another guided session in return, but will be entitlted to up to an additional 2 hours worth of Creative Practise. 1 missed guided session = 1 session of semi-guided Creative Practise

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Course booking altogether, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your course booking altogether if you cancel with less that 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Festive Botanical Candles booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you can no longer make a session during the course, please let Amy know as soon as you can. You will not be entitled to another guided session in return, but will be entitlted to a semi-guided Creative Practise session. 1 missed guided session = 1 session of semi-guided Creative Practise. Tobe used within 8 weeks from the start of the course.

    • You will be entitled to 1 hand-built cotton canvas during the course. (canvas sizes include 8”, 12”, 18”, 24” & 32”)

    • Other media can be purchased at the studio such as additional canvas’, larger paper, colour cardstock, sketchbooks etc. Ask Amy for a price list and availability

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Course booking altogether, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your course booking altogether if you cancel with less that 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Intuitive Acrylic Workshop booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you can no longer make a session during the course, please let Amy know as soon as you can. You will not be entitled to another guided session in return, but will be entitlted to up to an additional 2 hours worth of Creative Practise. 1 missed guided session = 1 session of semi-guided Creative Practise

    • You will not be entitled to change your course booking altogether if you cancel with less that 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Intuitive Watercolour Workshop booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Macrame Garlands booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • You will not be entitled to change your session if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Ongoing subscription of your chosen sign-up. Either 4 hours or 8 hours per 4 weeks.

    • 4 weeks notice required to cancel after initial sign-up.

    • Sessions must be booked within the 4 week period except for special circumstances, in which case should be communicated with Amy with as much notice as possible. If less than 48-hours notice, you will not be entitled to re-book the session.

    • If you need to cancel or exchange your Resin Tree Trinkets booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your booking if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • Exchanges must be like for like and used within 3 months of your first booking. The second booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • Resin require 24 hours to dry, therefore collection is required post-session. Collect at agreed time.

    • Resin usage = 240 ml total per person per 2 hour session.

    • Choose to upgrade to spherical resin baubles for an additional cost of £5. Upgrade to be confirmed by form upon booking & paid at least 24 hours prior to session. Includes excess resin removal and fixtures attached.

    • If you need to cancel or change a mentored session or open studio, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your session if you cancel with less than 12-hours notice.

    • You will not be entitled to join a session if you do not make a booking.

    • Weekend Pass holders must adhere to the rules and regulations of The Embodied Woman event.

    • All profits from Weekend Pass sales will be donated to charity.

    • Weekend Pass holders are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation arrangements.

    • The Weekend Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

    • Entry into specific workshops, activities, and offers is subject to availability and may require prior registration.

    • Some workshops, events, and offers may incur an additional charge, and the Weekend Pass does not grant access to all offers across the weekend.

    • By purchasing a Weekend Pass, you are consenting to sign up for the email lists of Unity Health & Performance and Art with Amy Louise. You can unsubscribe from these lists at any time.

    • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or program without prior notice.

    • Weekend Pass holders must abide by any health and safety protocols in place during the event.

    • The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during The Embodied Woman event.

    • By purchasing a Weekend Pass, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

    • Any disputes arising from the Weekend Pass or attendance at The Embodied Woman event will be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.

    • Tranquil Corner Open Studio is available to 1 person only. These sessions take place within of a guided workshop or course, so must be completed in silence. It is recommended to bring headphones along.

    • These sessions are only available within a guided session, therefore they are subject to cancellation should the session not take place. You will be able to book another like for like session if this is the case.

    • Only available to those in the Creative Collective Mentorship or on a current Art with Amy Louise Course.

    • Material use is explained in the individual Terms of Service of each offer.

    • If you need to cancel or change an Open Studio booking, please contact Amy at hello@artwithamylouise.co.uk as soon as you can.

    • You will not be entitled to change your session if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice and will be charged the full amount.

    • If you attended the event, the exclusive offers below will be available to purchase until midnight Sunday 4th February.

    • All event offers are non-refundable, exchange only.

    • 1 to 1 offer (4 available) - If you pay a 50% deposit, you will recieve the consulation and a 1 to 1 session free. The consultation and 1 to 1 sessions must be booked for February or March. Check ‘One to One’ Terms of Service for more.

    • Intro to Intuitive Art Course offer (4 available) - If you pay a 50% deposit, you will recieve 30% off the full price course in March 2024 and an intuitive workshop or a 1 to 1 session free in February, March or April 2024.     • Fantasy Flow Course offer (4 available) - If you pay a 50% deposit, you will recieve 30% off the full price course in February 2024. Check ‘Fantasy Flow Course’ Terms of Service for more.

    • Intuitive Collage Course offer (4 available)- If you pay a 50% deposit, you will recieve 30% off the full price course in May 2024. Check ‘Intuitive Collage Course’ Terms of Service for more.
